Matsunoryu Goshinjitsu incorporates striking, throwing and grappling techniques to provide a practical, effective self defense style. The foundation of Matsunoryu Goshinjitsu is classical Japanese Danzan Ryu jujitsu, combined with elements of other martial arts including Hawaiian style lua wrestling.
Matsunoryu Goshinjitsu Classes are avalailable for both children and adults.
